Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of both the sides .

We are of the view that purpose of this Petition would be served by directing the MCGM to expedite the process by taking decision on the application filed by the Petitioner No.1. Accordingly, we direct the respondent MCGM to decide the application of the Petitioner No.1 dated 8th November, 2023 annexed at Exhibit-C. to the Petition in accordance with 2022 Guidelines and applicable law, as expeditiously as Amol D. Nawale

19.wp.438.2023.doc possible, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2.

We further direct that decision to be taken on the application of the Petitioner dated 8th November, 2022 shall be rendered accordingly within eight weeks from the date of the Petitioners appearing before the Additional Municipal Commissioner. Petitioners to appear before the AMC on 28th June 2023 a 11.00 a.m. We further direct that the Application shall be decided by a speaking order. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

It is made clear that other reliefs claimed in the Petition cannot be decided at this stage for the reasons stated earlier, and therefore, there will always be a liberty for the Petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy for seeking those reliefs, if necessary. 6.
