NOTICE OF MOTION NO.927 OF 2019 The only reason given for non compliance with order dated 6th August 2018 is "inadvertence". What this inadvertence means is not stated anywhere in the affidavit in support.

Ms. Totla states that it was a mistake on the part of the advocate. Ms. Totla also states that it is a suit for damages and plaintiff has a good case on merits and prays that one last opportunity be granted. Office objections in the suit has been removed and the suit has been numbered but notice of motion (lodging) no.2421 of 2017 due to inadvertence remained. Therefore, purely by way of indulgence, time to remove office objections in the notice of motion (lodging) no.2421 of 2017 is granted upto and including 21st June 2019.
