The learned Counsel appearing for the seventh respondent has tendered an affidavit-cum-undertaking filed on behalf of the seventh respondent by Shri. Rohit Chandrakant Sawant, a partner of M/s. Riddhi Siddhi Developers. The undertaking mentions that he is the authorized signatory of the seventh respondent. The learned Counsel appearing for the seventh respondent, on instructions, states that the undertaking of Shri. R.C. Sawant is in his capacity as the authorized signatory of the seventh respondent on behalf of the seventh respondent. We accept the said statement.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, states that if the undertaking of the seventh respondent is accepted, the petitioner will withdraw the petition. 3.

Accordingly, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(a) The undertaking of Shri. R.C. Sawant tendered across the bar is taken on record and is marked "U-1" for identification. The undertakings contained in the said affidavit-cum-undertaking are accepted as undertakings of the seventh respondent; (b) In view of the acceptance of undertakings, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the petition.
