This arbitration petition, filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks interim relief in respect of the Respondents' property as also shareholdings of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in Respondent No.1 company and some other reliefs. By minutes of order which were taken on record, appropriate ad-interim reliefs have been granted. This order has since been continued until further orders on 28 March 2016. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners informs the court that the arbitral reference has been proceeded with before the learned arbitrator and is at the stage of final hearing currently. Learned Counsel submits that the next hearing is scheduled on 6 December 2018. In the premises, the arbitration petition is disposed of by confirming the order passed on 29 January 2016 by consent of the parties in terms of the minutes of order taken on record by this court.
