The above Arbitration Application filed on 21 st January, 2019 under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is placed on board for hearing and final disposal. It is a known fact that the Arbitration Applications under Section 11 of the Act are not placed for "Admission" but are directly placed for hearing and final disposal. Accordingly, the Application is taken up for final hearing. The Applicant has since the last almost 10 months not bothered to serve a copy of the Application on the Respondent.
