DATE : 3 MARCH 2020 P.C.:- The Petitioner has challenged the recommendations of the Anomaly Committee given at Page No.11 at Sr. No.5 of the report and the Circular issued pursuant thereto. Except mentioning the report in the prayer clause there is no contention that it is bad in law. For lack of pleadings we could have dismissed the Petition but the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that leave may be granted to withdraw the Petition to file a fresh Petition.
