Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this OLR, the official liquidator is seeking specific directions in respect of payment of dividends to 9 (nine) ordinary creditors and the Sales Tax Department.

In paragraph 4 of the OLR, the official liquidator has given the admitted amounts as regards the 9 (nine) ordinary creditrors as also the admitted amount due to the Sales Tax Department. 4.

It is further stated in paragraph 5 that claims of 3 (three) claimants have been rejected and upon communication of such rejection of claims, MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:

In paragraph 6 of the OLR, the official liquidator has specifically stated that provision has been made in respect of the claims of the aforesaid 3 (three) claimants, who have filed applications before this Court, challenging rejection of their claims. Thereupon, the official liquidator has sought specific directions in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).

The list of creditors is given at page 11 of the OLR, which has been certified by the official liquidator. The said list of creditors is taken on record.

In view of the above, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).

8.

The OLR is disposed of.
