Mr. Vithal Laxman Hatkar, Junior Clerk from the Office of the Sub-Registrar of Assurance, Old Customs House, Mumbai - 400 023, is present pursuant to a letter of request dated 7th April
7-TS-47-94-TP-119-91.DOC 2015 issued by the Advocate for the Defendants. He produces the original of the address book which shows against Sr.No. 3079/87, the name of Satish Purushottam Palan P-21/111, Jai-Abhishek, Gharodia Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai - 400 077. He also has the Day Register of the same date which also shows that a "Mrutyupatra" of Purushottam Palan has been entered in that Register.

For convenience, certified copies of both documents have also been produced by the witness.

Having been produced from proper custody and pursuant to the letter of request, the certified copies are taken on record and marked in evidence as Exh.D-50 to Exh.51 respectively. 4.
A copy of these certified copies will be given to the Advocates for both sides while the certified copy produced by the witness is to be retained on the record of this Court. 5.
The costs of the witness quantified at Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) shall be paid by the Defendants to the witness within one week from today.
