Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (e), which are reproduced hereunder :

(b) that the Applicant Company be allowed to annexe the Consent Letter of the Preference Shareholder to the Company Summons for Direction No.785 of 2014 at Ex. D-10 and further be allowed to replace the Consent Letters annexed at Exhibits D-1, D-3, D-4, D-7, D-8, D-9 to the Affidavit in Support of the Company Summons for Direction No.785 of 2014;

(c) that the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendments in the Company Summons for Direction No.785 of 2014 in ssp 1/2

ca 82 of 2015 (918).sxw accordance with the Schedule annexed hereto;

(e) any other consequential amendments be allowed so as to meet the ends of justice;
