On the back dropped of the order dated 31 August 2019 and the further order dated 10 December 2019, the learned Court Receiver has placed before the court the quotations received from five final valuers in sealed envelopes. The sealed envelopes are opened in the court. On perusal of the valuation reports, it is appropriate that N. M. Shah & Associates be appointed to undertake the valuation of the flat in question. Accordingly, Court Receiver shall take further appropriate steps to obtain the valuation in respect of the said flat from N.M.Shah and Associates by appointing him as valuer. Fees of the valuation which is quoted as Rs.30,000/-, are directed to be deposited with the Court Receiver. The cost of this report which is Rs. 3,000/- be also deposited with Court Receiver alongwith fees of the valuation.

Court Receiver shall take further appropriate steps and make a further report after the valuation of the flat is obtained. Fresh report be submitted on 18 February 2020.
