CHOLL/94/2018 NMAL/1646/2017 APPL/320/2017 ARBP/1281/2016 As per Rule 883 of the Bombay High Court O. S. Rule, Application for the acceptance of a memorandum of appeal rejected by the Prothonotary and Senior Master shall be made to the Appellate Court. So this office is not having authority to consider present Chamber Orders.

Hence, Chamber Orders are disposed of.

No order as to costs. Applicants are directed to take appropriate steps as per law.
