The Order dated March 21, 2014 passed by this Court shall stand amended to the extent of incorporating the changed name of the Transferor No.2 Company from '"Tata Metaliks Kubota Pipes Limited" to "Tata Metaliks DI Pipes Limited". The minutes of the Order dated March 21, 2014 shall also be accordingly amended.
