By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 21st July, 2016. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also to the Respondent No. 3. 4.

The Respondent No. 1 - Chief Executive Officer shall decide the Petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law but in any case not later than two months from the date of appearance of the parties before him.
