This Notice of Motion is taken out to set aside an order dated 15th January, 2016 passed by a Single Judge of this Court and to restore the petition.

I have considered the order dated 15th January, 2016. Though the Learned Single Judge has noted that the Petitioner was absent, the Learned Judge has actually dismissed the petition on merits. Therefore, this Notice of Motion is not maintainable in any event. Even today the Petitioner is absent. The Counsel for the Respondent states that even this notice of motion has not been served them.

Therefore, the notice of motion stands dismissed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
