Mr.Narula for the plaintiffs/applicants states that further to the order dated 30th March 2017, the entire process of opening the locker, accepting the contents, handing it over to the Prothonotary and Senior Master etc. are completed and the parties do not intend to keep the locker. Mr.Narula states that the locker is now empty and therefore, the Prothonotary and Senior Master be directed to return the keys to the Bank and the Bank can treat the locker as having been surrendered. Mr.Narula, on instructions from Amina Firoz Virani-plaintiff No.2 and constituted attorney of plaintiff no.3, who is present in Court, states that all the bank charges have been paid upto the Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

907.nms.154.2014.s.295.2009.doc date and if there are any charges to be paid, the same will be paid by Ms.Amina Firoz Virani to the bank.

The statement accepted.

Mr.Narula also states that the defendants were given notice of today's application but they refused to accept. In any event, the matter is listed on board.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to forward the keys of the locker No.586A and along with a copy of this order to Union Bank of India, Turner Road Branch, Bandra, Mumbai. Since the suit has been disposed vide order dated 21st March 2017, refund, if any, of Court fees, in accordance with Rules. The notice of motion also accordingly stands disposed. All interim orders stand vacated.
