When these Chamber summons were called out, the Advocate for defendant no.4 informed the Court that they have not been served the Chamber summons.

Each Chamber summons have been lodged on or about 22.1.2019 and the counsel for applicant was unable to answer why the Chamber summons have not been served for three months. The cause list was also released on 18.4.2019. The matter was therefore kept back and the counsel for plaintiffs was to take instructions from her senior and come back.

When the matters were called out again, none appeared for plaintiffs. Hence, all Chamber summons dismissed. I have to also note that there is an office endorsement saying that the suit has been rejected under Rule 986 of the Original Side Rules for non compliance of office objections.
