In view of the order dated 11 th February 2020 and in particular paragraphs 3 and 4 thereof, compliance is being noted. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- (i) Both the Suits are decreed in terms of the consent terms tendered on record and marked X for identification. (ii) In view of disposal of the suits, interim applications, if any, shall also stand disposed.

(iii) All interim orders stand vacated.
