The Applicant is seeking permission of this Court for reconstruction of foot over bridge from Evershine Nagar to Malvani Lagoon Road and to lay water pipe line across the creek adjacent to Foot Over Bridge.

We are satisfied that it is a public utility project. We, therefore, grant permission to the Corporation to carry out the reconstruction of foot over bridge from Evershine Nagar to Malvani Lagoon Road subject to comply with all the conditions from all the concerned authorities.

Notice of motion is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
