901(ii)-RPWL.3.2017.doc 2.

We have heard Mr. Chavan for the review petitioner. We have perused the order under review. We do not think that any direction much less conclusive in nature has been issued by this court in the order under review. The direction is to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the change report in accordance with law. We do not see any error apparent on the face of the record so as to enable us to exercise our review jurisdiction. The review petition is entirely misconceived. It is dismissed but without any order as to costs.
