After the petition was heard for some time, counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2 against whom this petition is filed, on instructions from respondent nos.1 & 2, states that respondent nos.1 & 2 shall not make any comment whatsoever in the public domain, digital or otherwise regarding petitioners. Respondent nos.1 & 2 also

2/3 reiterate the statement made by the counsel. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the above statement, Petition stands disposed. 3.

In view of the above, Notice of Motion No.326 of 2018 also accordingly stands disposed.

NOTICE OF MOTION NO.164 OF 2018 1.

Mr.Tamboly states that in view of the statement of respondent nos.1 & 2 in the Contempt petition, who are defendant nos.1 & 2 in the Suit, as recorded above, this Notice of Motion may also be disposed confirming the above statement as undertaking to this Court in the Notice of Motion as well.

The statement recorded in Contempt Petition No.100 of 2018 is confirmed as an order in this Notice of Motion read with order dated 13.10.2017.

Notice of Motion accordingly stands disposed. 3.

At this stage, Mr.Thorat states that Mr.Ghodke who is respondent to the Notice of Motion No.326 of 2018 will also remove

3/3 within one week his post which is reproduced at page-30 and further will not make any comment or post any comment whatsoever in the public domain, digital or otherwise regarding petitioners. Statement accepted as an undertaking.
