The adoptive parents, Johnathan Andrew Pulos and Candice Cah Wei Pulos are from America. On the last occasion I had the minor referred to an audiologist. Mr Kapoor now gives me an updated audiology report from Nanavati Hospital as also an email from Ms Geeti Char, audiologist, to Mr Sunil Arora. Ms Char has recommended certain further testing and also a change in the hearing aids, further evaluations for an implant and enrolment at an appropriate school.

Other than this the documents are in order. I will allow the Petition but subject to these recommendations from Ms Char being forwarded to the parents and on Mr Kapoor's statement that those recommendations will be taken into consideration by the adoptive parents while handling the minor's health issues. The parents have already seen and approved all the reports of 19th February 2018 and are willing to proceed with the adoption.
