The plaintiff is permitted to lodge unsealed original Consent Decree handed over by the Registry to the Advocate for the plaintiff on 17th November, 2015, for adjudication of the stamp duty with the Collector of Stamps, Andheri, Mumbai. 3.

The Collector of Stamps shall adjudicate the stamp duty in accordance with the provisions of law and keeping in view the 1/2

Interim Application stands disposed.

The plaintiffs are at liberty to approach this Court, in the event, the plaintiffs-applicants are aggrieved by the adjudication of the stamp duty.
