The applicants seek correction in the cause-title inasmuch as description of plaintiff no.16 contains reference to two individuals. They wish to amend the cause-title in the plaint and the proceedings to separately describe the plaintiff no.16.

(i) Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the amended plaint to be served on all the defendants and/or their Advocates within a period of two weeks thereafter.
