The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. There were disputes between the parties in regard to a Development Agreement dated 27th March 2008 and a Registered Agreement for Assignment of Developmental Rights dated 26th July 2010. By an order dated 25th February 2019, this Court appointed Mr Aseem Naphade, learned Advocate, as the sole arbitrator. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter then proceeded before him. 11th February 2020

The arbitral proceedings have now reached the stage of cross examination of Claimant's witnesses. The extended arbitral mandate ends on 17th February 2020.

Having regard to these circumstances and with mutual consent of the parties, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 17th February 2020 until 19th February 2021.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
