The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Respondent No. 1 is absent. There were disputes between the parties in regard to an agreement dated 18th August 1997. By an order dated 19th January 2017, this Court appointed Mr Vishal Kanade, an Advocate of this Court as the sole arbitrator. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him. 5th February 2020

The arbitral proceedings have now reached the stage of final hearing. By an order dated 25th July 2019, this Court extended the arbitral mandate by six months. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 24th January 2020.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate until 30th November 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings. There is no objection raised by Respondent No. 2. 4.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
