The Petitioner has prayed for promotion to the post of Chief General Manager with effect from April 28, 2014 with all consequential benefits as her Appeal dated 7th May 2014 is also rejected by the Appellate Authority by order dated 8th July 2014. However, as the reasons are not reflected in the impugned order, which is communicated to the Petitioner, therefore, in the interest of Sharayu.

902-WP1762-15.doc justice, we are inclined to direct Respondent No. 1 to reconsider her case for promotion and pass fresh order by giving reasons as early as possible preferably within 12 weeks.

The Petitioner is permitted to file additional submission, if any, within two weeks. Respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.

To facilitate the reconsideration so recorded earlier, the order dated 8th July 2014 is quashed and set aside. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs. 5.
