Mr Cama tenders the statement of disclosure of Mr Kanade, the agreed sole arbitrator. The statement is taken on file and marked "X" for identification.

By consent, Mr Vishal Kanade is appointed as a sole Arbitrator.

The pleadings in the Petition under Section 9 will be treated as pleadings of the Application under Section 17 before Mr Kanade. 4.

Mr Kanade is requested to dispose of the Section 17 Application at his earliest convenience and preferably within four 16th February 2017

926-ARBP482-16.DOC weeks from today. The Respondents will be at liberty to file a short Affidavit bringing on record subsequent events. 5.

Mr Kanade will pass necessary directions at his earliest convenience. The first meeting before Mr Kanade for necessary directions will be on 22nd February 2017. Parties are directed to inform Mr Kanade orally in the course of the day and to supply him a copy of this order by the end of the day tomorrow. 6.

The two interim orders dated 25th January 2016 and 4th February 2016 will continue pending the disposal of the Section 17 Application. The Respondents will be at liberty to apply to Mr Kanade for having the interim order vacated.

Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
