This Motion seeks setting aside the order dated 21st 1 / 2 August 24, 2018

16-NMA-147-18.doc December 2017 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master rejecting the Motion under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules for non removal of office objections. 2.

By the order dated 21st December 2017, the Appellant had to remove the office objections upto 11st January 2018. The Affidavit in Support states that the objections were removed on 16th January 2018. Thus, there is delay of five days in complying with the order dated 21st December 2017. In these circumstances, the order dated 21st December 2017 is set aside.
