Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement dated 3 rd February, 2016 executed by and between the parties, a demand draft of Rs.2 Crores has been handed over by the Respondent to the Applicant. The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that he shall be withdrawing the above Application after the demand draft is encahsed. Since the said amount of Rs. 2 Crores is paid by the Respondent by demand draft and therefore not likely to be dishonoured, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to move this Court if the same is not honoured on any ground.
