Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that owner of the building is illegally constructing building after evicting him. The petitioners approached Civil Court. Proceedings are pending. The petitioners have been approaching even police. It is the grievance of the petitioners that representations are pending with the Corporation. 2.

905. wpl 183.17.doc shall issue notice to the owner of the building calling upon him to show as to whether construction is carried out contrary to the plan sanctioned if any and if not the Corporation shall deal with the matter in accordance with law.
