Notice of Motion No.741 of 2014 seeks interim reliefs in the Suit. Ad-interim reliefs are already granted in terms of prayer Clauses 'c' and 'd' of the Notice of Motion. The Defendant is absent. There is no written statement filed in the Suit and in fact by a companion Motion there is a prayer for setting down the suit for ex-parte decree. In the premises Notice of Motion No.741 of 2014 is made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses 'c'

The Notice of Motion No.681 of 2017 seeks an ex-parte decree. As mentioned above the Suit is Undefended. The Defendant does not appear at the hearing of the Suit. Suit to come up for ex-parte decree on 12 April 2018. Notice of Motion No.681 of 2017 is disposed of. 3.

Notice of Motion No.1729 of 2016 is the Defendant's Motion for vacating ad-interim reliefs granted earlier and which have now been confirmed in this order. In view of the order passed above, Notice of Motion No.1729 of 2016 is dismissed.
