At the outset, the counsel for the applicant/defendant no.1 seeks leave to amend the chamber summons.

Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Considering the amendments proposed, Shri Kapadia counsel for the applicant states that the relief sought in the chamber summons could be granted.

The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is accordingly disposed.

Amendment to be carried out and amended written statement to be served upon the plaintiff within four weeks from today.
