Mr. Faran Khan, learned counsel appears for the erstwhile Insolvent and seeks some more time to take appropriate steps with respect to the properties subject matter of the Notice of Motion (L) No. 1139 of 2017 in Suit (L) No. 338 of 2017, where the Official Assignee has been directed to continue to be in possession of the property of the two galas viz. galas No. 2 and 3 at Kurla until further orders.
