Office to issue notice to Ajmerwala and Co., Advocates having address at 107, Desai Chamber, 1st Floor, 127/129, Mody Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 and also to the legal heirs of the Plaintiff at 101-A, Kadamgiri Complex, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai - 400 057, informing them that the above Suit was today called out before this Court for Directions when none appeared for the parties, the Suit is now placed before this Court on 15th June, 2015 and if none appear before this Court on that day in support of the Suit, the Court shall proceed to dismiss the Suit for want of prosecution. The Notice shall be served by hand delivery on

Nitin 2 / 2 920-S-2300-1993 the Advocate for the Plaintiff as well as the legal heirs of the Plaintiff. Stand over to 15th June, 2015".

The order has been served on Ajmerwala and Company as well as on the daughter of the Plaintiff. However, none appear for the Plaintiff. In view thereof, the Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution. (S.J. KATHAWALLA, J.)
