In deference to the suggestion of the Court, on 25 February 2015, learned Counsel for the Respondent-Teachers states the RespondentTeachers are since following the biometric system for attendance. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the Petitioners does not now press this Petition. It is expected that the Respondent-Teachers would continue to follow the biometric system for registering their attendance in future.
