By this Report, the Court Receiver seeks the following directions : "(a) Whether Court Receiver should accept the offer of Rs.5,000/- given by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to appoint them as agents of the Court Receiver;

(b) the cost of this Report amounting to Rs.3,000/- allowed to be recovered from suit accounts";

The above Report has appeared before this Court several times, when the Petitioner repeatedly sought time on the ground that his client would increase the offer of Rs.5,000/- given by Respondent Nos.1 and 2. However, the offer was not increased. Instead on 21-03-2016, by consent, time was obtained to settle the matter. ssp 1/2

crr 2 of 2016 (904).sxw In view thereof, on 21-03-2016, this Court passed the following order : "By consent, stand over to 18th April, 2016 under the caption "for Settlement".

Today, again time is sought on the ground of settlement. In view thereof, the Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced above. In the event of the parties settling the matter, they shall be at liberty to move this Court for filing Consent Terms. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
