Colabawalla, J.). dated 17th January, this Chamber Summons is filed. 4] In facts and circumstances of the case, the Chamber Summons is required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). The applicant is permitted to implead the legal heirs of deceased as party respondents in the above petition, filed under Section 15 of the Act.
