The plaintiff has not complied with the order dated 21st October 2016. In paragraph 4 of the order, it is expressly mentioned that the suit be listed for directions on 20th December 2016. If these directions have not been complied with by then, the suit will be dismissed on that date. We are today on 6th March 2017, more than three months after that date got over. Even today, the plaintiff has not complied with the directions. Therefore, both the suits stand dismissed.
