The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings in the pending suit. If any interim application is taken out in the pending suit, the same shall also be directed against the Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation shall not act on the impugned notice for a period of two weeks from today. The protection granted for a period of two weeks is only to enable the Petitioners to move the City Civil Court and is not granted on merits. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as sought.
