In affidavit-in-support, the applicant has set out the period spent in filing and prosecuting rectification application. Therefore, there is sufficient explanation for delay of 257 days. The sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 257 days. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a).
