The Caveat is to be filed on or before 30th June 2015 along with the Affidavit in Support. Upon the Caveat and the Affidavit in Support being filed, the Petition to be renumbered as a Suit and to be listed for framing issues on 14th July 2015.

In the event that the Caveat or the Affidavit in Support or both are not filed on or before that day, the Caveat is not then to be taken on file and the Petition will proceed uncontested by the present Applicant.
