The petitioner's grievance is that order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 24/7/2015 in Writ Petition (L) No. 992 of 2015 is not complied with.

The petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedies in case the order passed by this court dated 24/7/2015 is not complied with. Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the affidavit is filed on behalf of the Corporation wherein it is stated that the petitioner has filed a civil suit.
