It appears to us that the representations made by the petitioner which are annexed as A-1 to A-4 have not been decided by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order:

(I) We direct the Mumbai Municipal Corporation to decide the representations at Exhibits A-1 to A-4 within a period of one month from today after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners. The petitioners are free to submit documents showing availability of tenements for PAP in the concerned area at the

oswpl265 time of hearing. The said documents shall be taken into consideration by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation while deciding the representations.

(II) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
