DATE : JANUARY 30, 2015 P.C. :
1.
The DRAT is directed to decide the application for grant of adinterim relief as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Bank submits that no date has been fixed by the Respondent Bank for taking possession of the mortgage property.
2.
In view of this, the question of grant of ad-interim relief does not arise. The Respondent Bank, however, shall give 72 hours' notice to the Petitioners before taking possession. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
