In the order dated 8th March 2017 in paragraph No.2 "Mr.Vora" to be replaced with "Mr.Surve".

Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.

Mr.Surve states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondents, namely, legal heirs of Defendant No.3, who expired on 31st December 2016. Mr.Surve further states that he has no objection, if the Chamber Summons is allowed.

In the circumstances, Chamber Summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer Clauses - a,b,c and d. It is clarified that Sr.No. IV in the Schedule to the Chamber summons which is bracketed in red ink is not granted.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended petition to be served within two weeks.

Mr. Vora states that the evidence in suit is over and the suit is ready for arguments.

By consent suit be listed for arguments on 27th April 2017.
