Further to the order dated 26th April 2018, one Ashutosh R. Majmudar, Director of respondent company has filed an affidavit affirmed on 6th June 2018 stating that the proposed withdrawal of petition was published in Navshakti on 19th May 2018 and Free Press Journal on 21st May 2018. As the original affidavit, which Mr. Tripathi states has been filed in the registry but not available in the records today, a photocopy of the said affidavit is given. The affidavit is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
