The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 6 th February, 2018. They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Arbitration Petition be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Director of the Petitioner, the Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer of the Defendant No.1, Director of Defendant No.2 and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and their respective Advocates. All the signatories except Respondent No.3 are present in Court. The Respondent No.4 is the brother of Respondent No.3 and he also has a power of attorney executed in his favour by Defendant No.3. Though, the Respondent No.3 has signed the Consent Terms, the ssp 1/2

arbp 315 of 2016 (07).sxw Respondent No.4 who is present in Court, is also made to sign the Consent Terms as power of attorney of Respondent No.3. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The above Arbitration Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'
