By this application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 319 days in filing affidavit of claim. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned company prosecutor. In my view the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 319 days in filing affidavit of claim. Company application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No order as to costs.
