This chamber summons is taken out for leave under Order 21 Rule 22 of the CPC to execute the decree more than two years after it was passed. The chamber summons has been served by speed post on both the respondents, which is accepted on behalf of both of them.

Affidavit of service has been filed though the service has been effected in February, 2013. No affidavit in reply is filed for the last 2 years. The chamber summons is made absolute as prayed.
