I have heard the learned Official Liquidator and I have perused the averments made in the report. I have also heard learned counsel appearing for IFCI, one of the secured creditor. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the IFCI that the learned Official Liquidator be directed to declare further dividend in respect of the other creditors also. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the Official Liquidator's Report, report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c).

It is made clear that if any further claims are adjudicated upon by the Official Liquidator, a separate report for declaration of dividend be filed by the learned Official Liquidator expeditiously. No order as to costs. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
